Course 2
Interpersonal Mastery
It’s no secret that healthy functioning relationships produce better results and make for a happier, more productive work environment. Course two utilizes neurolinguistic programming tools that enable students to master building trust and rapport. They’ll gain insight into profiling their personalties and others’, learn the art of listening to make people feel seen, and communicate effectively with care and clarity. Lastly, it wouldn’t be interpersonal mastery without equipping talent how to negotiating difference, influence outcomes and resolve conflict.

Leadership Mastery

Course three delves into effective vision ideation and communication, how to develop strategic pathways for implementation, empowerment and delegation, guiding others through change and/or crisis, and creating a healthy culture and high-functioning teams.
